Pricing
Invest in Your Success with a Partner
that Prioritizes Culture and Values.
Pricing for the use of Culture Digs is based on purchase of a "wave", which allows an organizational administrator to set-up one period (i.e. with an expiry date) during which invited participants may respond to standard or customized questions about organizational culture and values. Pricing includes ability for survey administrator to add to standard Culture Digs™ question set in order to facilitate additional information collection customized to their circumstances.

Pricing includes self-service editing of questions.
Pricing excludes composing/entry of additional survey questions customized for your environment by Culture Digs™ team, and the Culture Strategy Report, the comprehensive and actionable report that will deeply dive into your data and generate recommendations for reshaping your organization’s culture.
For larger waves (>250 users), arrangements can be made to split the organization's account into multiple groups should the focus of the culture/values analysis be the smaller groups within an organization.
Wave data, including all named participants (including their email addresses), are stored in the platform, and therefore available in future for reference and comparison against sequential waves in the aftermath of activities aimed to shape culture or shift values.
Wave outputs are anonymous – even for verbatim data – to remove the political risks associated with any individual who presents honest but difficult input.
